Project managers

Managers and Senior Managers are our core project manager grades, leading teams and projects of all shapes and sizes. They are expected to manage complex projects, conduct rigorous analysis and help their

 

team overcome challenges. Managers provide strategic advice to clients who routinely demand the highest standards. They also begin to play a major role in business development, both by attending formal pitches

 

and by developing their own professional networks. They also play a crucial supportive and developmental role as career managers for junior staff.

Senior team

Our senior team is made up of our associate directors, principals, directors and partners, who typically lead multiple client engagements and business development opportunities at any one time. While sales are a key focus, the senior team retain

 

significant day-to-day involvement in projects and have responsibility for internal functions within CIL.

We are always on the look-out for managerial-level candidates from relevant organisations (particularly those in accounting,

 

consulting, corporate finance or corporate backgrounds), with experience of carrying out qualitative and quantitative analysis, managing others and interacting with clients.

Applicants who meet our criteria for experienced hires are invited for an initial coffee with a manager – the purpose of this meeting is primarily to gauge how your experience overlaps with our work and for you to learn more about us. If there’s a good fit, then the second interview is a case study, followed by a final round presentation to some of our senior team.
